Report downtime
By sharing planned and unplanned downtime with Eddy Grid in a timely manner, we can better align our trading strategies and minimize risks and additional costs, particularly for day-ahead and intraday nominations.
Every day at 11:00, we submit our day-ahead orders for the following day. If downtime is reported before this time, we can factor it into our trading decisions.
For unplanned downtime, fast communication is especially important so we can adjust immediately.
