We share data only with service providers processing data on our behalf (hosting, HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn) under processor agreements or SCCs. Data remain in the EU or are otherwise adequately protected.

6. Security

TLS encryption, role‑based access and two‑factor authentication safeguard your data.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or port your data. Email hello@eddygrid.com and we’ll respond within 7 days. If you’re unhappy, contact us first or lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
